MSM's EASA145 approved Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facility offers a unique service of weld and sheetmetal repairs to nacelle components.

MSM is a key supplier to many of Europe’s Regional airlines, and provides a complete survey, repair and test service for high temperature, metallic components. MSM specialises in the repair of intakes, piccolo/anti-ice tubes, titanium fireskins, exhausts and jetpipes, oil and water tanks.

MSM has a range of specialist capabilities, highly skilled sheetmetal workers, fitters and welders and a 80 year, aircraft industry heritage.

The service we offer includes inspection & survey, repair scheme engineering and liaison with the OEM, followed by first class repairs using our NADCAP approved processes accompanied with EASA Form 1 release and at competitive pricing. Typically our customers find that our repair prices are much more competitive than buying new replacement parts, and can be made available much quicker.

Also, using our partner EASA design facility, we have created schemes for in depth repair and re-build using new detail parts, which has completely re-lifed a number of different exhausts, jetpipes and ducts. This is increasingly attractive to airlines due to the difficulty in sourcing spares and indeed part obscelence.
