Joe Kennedy wins best Engineering Apprentice

MSM is extremely proud of Joe Kennedy who won best Engineering Apprentice at the Hopwood Hall College event. He was also highly commended in the Social Mobility award.

Hopwood Hall College added “The competition was off the charts for the Engineering Award at the Apprenticeships Awards 2026. It ultimately went to a very worthy winner: Level 3 Metal Fabricator Apprentice Joseph Kennedy. Joseph, who’s completing his apprenticeship with MSM aerospace fabricators, was nominated for being a hardworking and resilient individual with a genuine passion for learning.”

The event and prize giving was held Thursday, 05 February 2026 at the Mecure Norton Grange Hotel.
